The main objective of the Company is marketing of world class special application welding consumables and systems, a complete Inverter based welding equipments, automatic & semi automatic systems for welding, Air Plasma Cutting equipments, Welding Robotics and other allied products in the expanding Indian Market.

The Company has become in a very short time an important supplier to various Private, Public & Government Industries due to the past track record of the Director's experience in the marketing of welding products throughout the Indian Market. Our major clients include the Indian Defense Establishment, Cement Plants, Mining Industries, Power Plants, Steel Plants, Railways, Chemicals & Fertilizer Industries, Petrochemicals, Automobile Manufacturers, Shipyards, Valve Manufacturers, Engineering and other major Fabrication Industries in India.

HISTORY
The Company commensurate with its objectives had taken up Marketing of various systems of Flux cored Wires and Modular Welding systems manufactured by M/s. WELDING ALLOYS group of Companies, U.K. in the year 1995.

In addition, understanding the Customer demand for Hi-tech Inverter based Welding Machines, Company had decided to take up the marketing of KEMPPI TIG, MIG, MMA Inverter Based Welding Power Source Manufactured by KEMPPI OY, Finland in the year 1997.

Besides Welding Consumables & Welding Power Sources, our company desired to add more and more new Global Brands, entered into a co-operation agreement with HYPERTHERM, U.S.A. for Marketing of their Air Plasma Cutting Machines in the year 2000.

Later understanding the awareness from Customer on the environment and hazardous nature of welding fumes, our Company felt that they should make tie-up with Global Leaders for introducing fume extraction system to various Industries in India.

KEMPER, Germany had come forward to co-operate with us to market their different range of welding fume extraction system in India from the year 2000.

Further we have introduced in the year 2006 beginning in our own brand name NEOTECH CNC DG PORTABLE CUTTING MACHINE, Which is a metal cutting marvel that has brought in a revolution in metal working industry. India's first computerized digital portable metal cutting machine, it has great advantage to its credit - Highly efficient - Easy to operate - Occupies little space - Assures high cutting precision - Improves utilization ratio of material.

With a long term vision in mind our Company is looking forward to add more and more products & systems related to current business area to have wider coverage of customers and to increase our further milestone in our annual operations in the years to come.

MARKETING & SERVICE BACKUP
Having so many Global Brands it is necessary to have Marketing and Service Engineers placed at all important Industrial Towns and cities. Therefore it is a continuous process to train Engineers of different backgrounds by respective Global Suppliers so as to have a meaningful, effective and successful introduction of products dealt with by the Company. All Marketing & Service Engineers are carefully guided by experienced Senior Executives who have excellent knowledge in the field of Welding.

The Company is headed by a Director who has more than 30 years of experience and exposure to Marketing of Welding Products in the Indian Market.

The Company has Metallurgical Consultancy Department headed by a person Doctorate in Metallurgy having 25 years of experience in Metal failure analysis, reclamation and remedial measures in the field of Welding.

FINANCE
The Company has got a excellent finance strength to execute any major orders from Government & Private Sectors supported by one of the leading Indian Government undertaking Bank called Canara Bank with excellent package and limit.

One of the Board of Directors looks into the Finance Operation with help of the Director of Marketing to have clear forecast of fund requirements to meet the supplies in time to our valuable customers.

MILESTONE REACHED
The Company's business has grown from USD 200,000 (Rs. 8.8 Million) to USD 8,60,000 (Rs. 430 Million) in the financial year ending March 2009 both Direct & indirect billing.

Currently the Company is working with an ambitious plan to double its turn over in another 5 years by adding more and more new products and entering into new partnership/co-operation arrangement in the similar field with manufacturers of repute.
